1. Length of contest/How to enter. The Romantic Gift contest starts on February 5, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time, February 29, 2008 Entries received after February 29, 2008 will not be eligible for the February prize.
The contest can be entered by:
a. Filling out the entry form (no purchase required). The form is located at: http://www.romantichorizons.com/contest.htm b. Customers who purchase $25.00 or more from Romantic Horizons will be automatically entered,
Entries that are late, lost, misdirected, garbled, or unintelligible for any reason, including but not limited to computer or network malfunction or congestion (including congestion at Ascent Horizons), are not eligible. Ascent Horizons, LLC. will not be responsible for technical failures of any kind and reserves the right to terminate this contest at any time.
2. Eligibility The contest is open only to residents (not necessarily citizens) of the United States, excluding Puerto Rico. You must be over eighteen years of age. Employees and family members of employees of Ascent Horizons, LLC., including its affiliates and subsidiaries, are not eligible to enter. This contest is subject to all federal, state, and local regulations. Offer void where restricted or prohibited. Ascent Horizons, LLC. will not be responsible for payment of taxes on the value of any prize awarded. No more than one entry per person, please. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. More than one person from a household may enter, but only one prize will be awarded per household. Contest winners are not eligible to enter subsequent contests for a period of six (6) months after being awarded a prize.
3. Prizes/odds of winning The prize for the February drawing is the choice between either a 24K Gold Trimmed Color Rose or a Romantic Spa romance kit. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing. The February contest drawing will be held on or about March 1, 2008. All drawings are final and binding on all matters related to the giveaway. Winner need not be present and will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of their name being drawn. Winner will agree to have (only) their Name and City/State published on this website. No other personal information will be published without written consent form the contest winner. 4. Notification of results Notification will be by e-mail within 2 days after the contest drawing (March 1, 2008). Only winner(s) will be notified, and may be required to verify their address and/or to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within ten (10) days of notification attempt. If the winner has not responded within ten (10) days after notification, the prize will be awarded to the second place winner or winning entry able to accept he prize.
Entries submitted without a valid e-mail address may be disqualified.
